3. Eligibility for Refunds
3.1 Program Services
Refund requests for program services must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Eligibility criteria:
- Services have not been substantially delivered or commenced
- Request is made within the cooling-off period
- Valid reason is provided for the refund request
3.2 Digital Materials
Digital materials and downloadable content are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, provided:
- Content has not been downloaded or accessed
- No substantial use of the materials has occurred
3.3 Consultation Services
Initial consultation fees may be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have been fully delivered
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
- Customized programs created specifically for your organization
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled services
- Services used beyond the trial or evaluation period
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation
5.2 Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
5.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Services partially delivered
- Programs where some sessions have been completed
- Materials where only portions have been accessed
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the proportion of services delivered.
6. EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.
This right does not apply if:
- You have expressly consented to immediate service delivery
- Services have been fully performed with your prior consent
- Digital content has been accessed with your consent
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
7.1 Service Quality Issues
If services do not meet the agreed specifications or quality standards, refunds may be granted beyond standard timeframes. Contact us to discuss resolution options.
7.2 Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent access to digital materials or services, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If resolution is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
7.3 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure preventing service delivery, clients may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
8.1 Client Cancellations
- More than 7 days before service: full refund
- 3-7 days before service: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before service: no refund
8.2 Provider Cancellations
If we cancel scheduled services, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
